  • Skin fold checks: I can assist with finding someone to perform skin fold checks, if you do not have someone that can do this. I prefer skin folds over DEXA scans, as skin folds measurements measure the fat under the skin that gives me an indication of weight loss. DEXA scans are not infallible either with a 6% range of inaccuracy, and if I see mm’s coming down, especially in problem areas, internal fat will NOT be going up.
